Pre-workout food: wild rice and butternut squash soup
Workout: My friends and I spontaneously and crazily decided to go to an AFC fitness class. We had no idea what it was. We thought, "probably some relaxing yoga." but were we in for a surprise! It was a solid hour of butt, thighs and core training. We were all sweaty and tired by the end. We did, however, feel GREAT about ourselves!!
Post-workout: Of course, a splurge on food! :D
