Breakfast: Honey Nut O's and soy milk
Workout: 0.5 mile warm up, a 2 mile loop around grounds, speeding up at certain intervals, and drills
Post-workout: Surprise! :) We didn't get lost! Thanks to new additions to our team, Megan and Mark! :) It was really fun speeding up, just to see what our bodies can do! Plus, the weather was superb today! Not too hot but not too cold...just perfect! :)
