First Running Class
Breakfast: cornflakes, pine nuts, almond milk and clementine
Workout: two 3 minutes 44 seconds loops around the Snyder Tennis Courts.
Post-workout: I rarely run for speed. When we did it today, I got tired very easily but it felt great! :)
Tough times make people stronger. Nice efforts on the first day. The runs will eventually feel easier and your times will improve!
