Breakfast: Vanilla Almond Cornflakes and milk

Workout: 2.5 miles around grounds

Post-workout: At first I still felt a bit sleepy but after the 0.5 mile run, I was completely awake. I have never really run with a partner for a long distance before. It was really rewarding and encouraging!
